Qualifications should reign supreme in the selection of any person for any job. I have no doubt that there are numerous black judges who are more than qualified to be on the bench but she is not one of them.
Under questioning by the senate panel, she showed herself to be unqualified for the job and not worthy of the appointment. Biden did it to suck up to the black vote knowing that he is losing black voters due to his own incompetence.
