Need Drainage Installed in Concrete Stairs

I am looking to fix a water issue with the concrete steps that lead into my basement/crawlspace. There was a drainage pipe that was installed but it's never properly drained since we've been here. I'm looking to add a drain to the last step that would then run the water away from the house properly. I can provide materials so let me know your price to do the work.
