​About The Position Private early childcare center in Bethel accepting applications for a full time Head Teacher position in our Infant/Toddler Room. Responsibilities include individual care and activities with the children, the ability to create positive relationships with parents, daily documentation for each child, and contribution to the health and safety of the classroom. The ideal candidate must have experience working with young children in a childcare center. Must be energetic, enthusiastic and able to work as a team player. This full time position is between 30-40 hours per week. About The Business Located in Bethel's picturesque Berkshire Corporate Park, Bee U provides parents with convenience to I-84 and peace-of-mind with in-park monitored security. We are licensed for up to 64 children (3 months -12 years) and offer full and part-time Childcare (preschool, daycare, before/after care and summer camp programs to include additional enrichment programs). The curriculum at our center is individualized so that all of our children are engaged and challenged each day! Through small work groups with their peers each child develops strong communication skills, sharp critical thinking, collaboration and leadership skills while fostering life skills and creating lasting friendships.
