My daughter's best friend is looking for a free/very reduced priced puppy (around $50) to be used as an emotional support dog. They cannot afford anything over that, I know I am asking a lot. She prefers male, but would take female. She has endured years of verbal and physical abuse by her mom and would like a small-medium sized dog. They live in Louisville, Ky but are willing to travel within reason due to ridicoulos gas prices. They are willing to pay cash, no venmo or pre-pay of any kind. Must see dog before purchase!
