Description

Sherman Lumber is a commercial lumberyard serving internal and external building contractors. Our Yard staff and Drivers are critical in receiving, handling, and preparing materials for building construction. This role is important to keep our day to day operations on track. Pay Rate: $16 - $20 per hour KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Safely operate and maintain Company property and equipment • Accurately pull, stage and prepare orders • Stock and maintain hardware, materials • Communicate with team and leadership Yard Staff have a high regard for safety, service, and accuracy. Successful candidates enjoy the physical demands of the position, including repeated heavy lifting, are highly self-motivated, detailed, and take initiative to get the job done right in a fast paced environment while managing multiple tasks at once.
