Need a Painter, Stainer, and Lacquerer

I am in the last stage of a remodel in South Lake Tahoe. There are several things that I need done. To begin with, I had my Finish Carpenter build out the bedroom closets with knotty alder. The closet buildouts need to be sanded and then lacquered. Some occasional wood putty will need to be applied in order to have a profession finished look. Second, some of the wood that the Finish Carpenter recently installed needs to be sanded and stained. Finally, I need someone to put a finish coat of paint on the on the walls. The walls are smooth wall which means that it is experts only. Some of the walls need a small amount of filler to be applied here and there and then the filled areas need to be lightly sanded in order to make the blemishes on the walls disappear. I am trying to flip the house and make a profit, so I need a reasonably priced individual to complete the job.
