Hospitality Flow Coordinator is responsible for the flow of hospitality services as it relates to patient throughput. Must have strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to work with all levels and departments. Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking. Duties include answering the telephone, fielding calls, coordination of room cleaning assignments and transport prioritization in concert with rest of logistics center. Hospitality flow coordination activities will occur daily from 7:00am to 11:30pm and effective handoff communication ensure seamless processes.
