We need some new outdoor patio lights installed

This is for a business. We have 3 outdoor lights already installed and the wiring works great!!!! They are just ugly, weak, undimmable and need to go. Do I know exactly what I want? No because I do not know what you can replace the existing ones with!!! Yes, I have looked on home depot website but I don't know what will do the best job. So I would love to get someone with some experience with lighting!!! I am not trying to be cheap so if I get something I want it to be what I need and done by someone who understands what I need. I am ready to get this done. How about you?
