We are seeking a fun office assistant with strong organizational skills to help with daily operations in a fun event planning company. Our ideal candidate is bubbly, outgoing and professional.
We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, willingness to learn, detail oriented and works well in a team or independentaly You’re a self-starter with contagious energy and a commitment to customer success. You are also a creative thinker, extreme listener, and team player. Client satisfaction is so important to you that your friend's call you a well-functioning co-dependent. You set high goals (because those are the most fun to crush). You speak our language (which, importantly, does not have a word for ‘No’ but does have a seemingly infinite number of ways to say ‘Yes’). You have no time to waste complaining about what is broken because you’re too damn busy fixing it. You’re looking for a job that doesn’t dim your shine at a company that allows you to burn your brightest.
No experience necessary, willing to train.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responds to all client requests and incoming inquiries in a friendly and timely manner
• Conducts sales calls and follow ups to ensure excellent customer service and pipeline tracking through HB, adding
notes or daily tasks as needed
• Ensures all required event elements are scheduled and communicated with team always including notes in client’s
account through HB/FB cross reference social media platforms
• Coordinates vendors, handles client requests, and troubleshoots week of event to ensure all runs smoothly
