We are looking for happy and motivated individuals to join our team. We are a family-owned and operated lawn maintenance company servicing the Denver area since 1987. We are hiring drivers and crew members to carry out our weekly lawn maintenance services. Drivers would also drive a truck with a trailer to various properties. Daily tasks include mowing, trimming, and edging, as well as some general labor. Drivers must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record to apply. All applicants will need to be able to comfortably lift and carry 50 pounds, and be willing to work outside in different weather conditions. Commercial lawn service experience is a bonus but we are willing to train the right individuals. Experience is great, however, a person who demonstrates a sense of pride and has a great work ethic is preferred. Starting wages will range between $17 - $24 dollars an hour based on skill level, position, and the ability to pick up the way we work. Our season starts in April and continues usually until Thanksgiving. This job is Monday - Friday and usually 40 hours a week. We also do snow removal in the winter but there is no telling how often it will snow. There is an end-of-the-season bonus for people that have a good work ethic all season long. We also offer a weekly bonus for those who show up on time, take care of the equipment, and do an amazing job mowing the lawns.
