Need hardwood floor help

100% disabled vet needs help with flooring. I am in an older home, by myself, and need flooring. The carpet that was in the home was in bad shape. If has been pulled out and I am walking on the plywood. I have been told, by my doctor, that I need hardwood (NO CARPETS) because of my pulmonary conditions. I don't have any equity in the home due to my loss of income from illnesses. I am looking for someone that can put in hardwood (or know of someone) for me. I need it on two levels. If I can get someone, I will need to make a payment plan to pay for the work - maybe $300 a month. Please let me know if you know of someone that can help me.
