Join our team today and together, we can continue to lead the industry and help build our nation’s infrastructure from the ground up. *Pre-employment drug and background screening required* Responsibilities: • Install or replace underground piping and utilities for customers in the field. • Use detailed company guidelines, performs on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration after installation. • Perform pressure tests, chlorination's, welding HDPE and hot-taps. • Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials expended on work orders. • Assist with other work in coordination with repair and maintenance teams. • May also be responsible for providing expert technical support to customers and the sales team in a given discipline(s) including: systems installations, repairs, preventative maintenance and pro-active follow-up. • Properly install product per specifications. • Test product as directed to ensure proper functionality. • Complete the necessary paperwork and documentation related to the installation. • Performs all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies, rules, regulations and procedures. • Drive our F-450 Service Truck to jobsites, maintain and clean equipment regularly. Technical & Physical Qualifications: • Ability to organize and prioritize work. • Ability to effectively communicate verbally. • Valid CDL Class B license strongly preferred. Can attain after employment if needed. • 2+ year of industry experience is preferred, but not required • Prior sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required • Ability to build relationships with existing customers, peers and managers • Highly motivated, able to meet deadlines • Ability to effectively operate motorized and/or manual lifting devices. • Ability to effectively utilize standard hand tools (hammer, pliers, screwdriver, etc.). • Ability to effectively utilize specialty hand tools (pipe wrench, soldering and welding equipment, etc.). • Ability to effectively utilize electric tools (crane on F-450, fusion machines, etc.). • Ability to work in all weather conditions. • Ability to carry objects that are up to 50 lbs by hand. • Ability to carry objects that are 50 lbs or more using equipment. • Ability to walk, bend or squat for extended periods.
