We are looking for a motivated individual for a full time and long term opportunity for a Janitorial Lead DSP position in the Roseburg area. Wage: $15.00+/HR DOE Shift: 5:00 pm - 1:30 am Schedule: Monday-Friday/Saturdays may be required Individual will be working with a janitorial crew cleaning, mopping, dusting, vacuuming in a business/industrial setting. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, must be able to lift 10 – 50 pounds frequently, and must be able to bend – stoop – twist frequently. Safely drive crew to various locations in the community and maintain security at facilities. This lead position will serve as a role model for appropriate work behaviors. Prior experience is a plus! Job Duties: - Ensure that trainee’s production timings are current and conducted exactly as specified in the job description or task analysis. - Ensure job stations for trainees are set up before their shift begins. - Supervise and motivate trainees to ensure they are working safely - Attend required staff meetings and trainings each year. - Submit all required paperwork to respective recipients per scheduled due dates Requirement: - Bending, twisting, stooping, pulling, pushing, and standing during entire shift. - Consistently lifting/pulling up to 50 pounds. - Obtain CPR and First Aid Certification - High-school diploma or GED, AA degree in related field preferred - Good communication skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, dependable and motivated.
