Description
We are a local General Contractor in Vancouver, WA needing to fill a field labor position. Our projects include Tenant Improvements and Light Industrial Commercial Buildings. The Field Labor role is a full-time position, which includes all offered company benefits and incentives. This position has room for growth and advancement.
General Requirements:
o A willingness to learn and be trained on the job
o Have an eagerness towards work and good attitude
o Have an aptitude of how things work and have a knowledge of fixing things
o A high school degree or equivalent educational experience, vocational school, or trade apprenticeships a plus
o Need to have a clean Driving Record for the past 5 years
o Must be bondable and insurable
o 18 years of age or more is required
o Able to physically stand, bend, squat and lift up to 40 pounds
o Should be comfortable climbing up tall ladders and working at elevated levels
o Possess a positive attitude and a strong ethical compass
o Able to work independently or as an active member of a team
o Should possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
Pay and Incentives:
o Full Time Hourly Pay Rate $18.00 to $22.00 DOE
o 100% Employer Covered Medical and Dental Insurance
o 2 Weeks paid Vacation after 1 Year
o Partial phone reimbursement
