Installation company located in Raritan, NJ is looking for door installer helpers to assist lead installers with door installations ( for a large big box chain) and basic construction jobs such as decks, remodeling, kitchens, bathrooms, etc. We also snowplow in the winter. Looking for full-time applicants. This position is steady and year round. If you are a college student and just looking for summer work this is the job for you too! Our summer months are extremely busy. The helper will work under the authority of the lead installer and assist him with tasks to get the job done. Such tasks include: Helping installer to ensure truck is loaded with materials/tools required for the day Help loading the truck each morning with merchandise from the store Unloading truck at customer's home Setting up the work area Assisting installer with install Cleaning up the work area Cleaning out the work truck at the end of the day We also install garage door openers. Helpers can also assist one of our garage door installers. If interested we can train you to become a technician. We are looking for applicants that are reliable and have the desire to learn. We are wiling to train if you do not have the skill set. In addition, there are opportunities for advancement with time and training.
