Meet Mr. Duffy, old but young at heart. (He’s 12 years-old, in great shape and up-to-date on all his shots.) Mr. Duffy has been living with his mom and another little dog, Butters, during the confinement but needs to be rehomed because his mom has too many health issues to handle two dogs. His good points: He’s a great walker, a cuddler, super smart, and comes when called. If you want a dog who wants to always be at your side, he’s the one. Some of his challenges are he can be reactive so I’ve learned to distance him from other dogs until he has a chance to get to know them. Also, because of his nervous disposition, it’s best to let him approach others instead of the other way around. Duffy would make the perfect dog for a retired single person (probably female preferred) who could spend a lot of time with him. Duffy’s mom truly wants him to have a home where he can get all the love and care he deserves. Please help Duffy and her mom.
