Two years ago, tail end of lockdown. I whiled away the days playing video games, and biking to the highest spots in Portland to record time lapses of the sunrise/set, with my 'ukulele on my back. Coming back east through Tideman Johnson City Park, I saw two people my age sitting cross-legged on the little wooden deck, playing 'ukulele. All I remember is the instrument, and the impression of curly hair and glasses before I was gone. I wish I'd gone back to say hi. I think about you every time I pass that deck. If either of you see this, let's jam together sometime :)
