My brother in law is missing since Saturday, April 2. He has mental health issues and cannot find his way on his own. He is approximately 50 years old, Hispanic, overweight, and his name is Edgar. He was last seen in the Commerce Street area. Please help me to help his sisters find him. Gracias.
