Part Time Custodian for Apartment Building

Description

We are seeking a part-time custodian at our apartment building; Lofts of Mount Washington. - Performs cleaning and janitorial duties, ground maintenance, and minor repair work. - Assists with apartment turnovers (a priority). - Assists with minor grounds maintenance, cleans snow from entrances and sidewalks. - Checks all trash areas, remove large trash to chute and change dumpsters as needed. - Must have reliable transportation. - Experience in cleaning work, related to the care and maintenance of buildings, public facilities and grounds preferred - Physically able to lift (50 lbs), bend, stoop, climb and reach $12-$14 depending on experience + 401k Retirement Plan
