Description
Pivotal role engaged with all departments to ensure smooth operating procedures for the event. This position is the “Key” or “Epicenter” for information flow in collaboration with Executive Team for guidance and overall execution. Reports directly to Executive Producer and Assistant Event Director.
This is a Part-Time position for 1-3 months prior to an event; then full time for the week leading up and during days of the event. (Events are on average 2-3 days / 5-7 events per year.
Temp-to-Hire: Great opportunity for experienced candidates osomeone wanting to learn how live events operate from the ground level.
*This role is potentially a full time position and ability to move up quickly as the company grows.
Duties Include, but not limited to:
· Administrative duties from the ground up, in-line with SOP per Assist. Event Director.
· Attend all preparatory meetings (usually meet once per week during prep) and record minutes and distribute to department heads post-gathering.
· Assist departments in prep where needed and communicate information to the Executive Team.
· Organize list of event needs such as office supplies, supply inventories, purchase of staff supplies, food, office needs.
· Keeping in constant communications with all departments during load-in and assess where the resources are needed and help Executive Producer and Assistant Director delegate as necessary.
· Will go on supply runs when necessary per discretion of immediate Supervisor
