Welcome to BMOC, a property management company located downtown Madison. We service apartments, single family homes, student housing and condos. We are looking to add another maintenance tech to our current team as we expand. In this positions you will be working with other maintenance techs on daily works orders, lawn care, preventative maintenance and also housing turnover and renovations.
MUST HAVES
-Transportation and valid license
-Maintenance Experience
-Basic Tools
-Good Attitude
