This position requires a strong work ethic, coachability, and a team player mindset! We clean model homes and need evening or early morning help cleaning properties around Yulee, Fernandina Beach, and surrounding areas. It's a part-time position now, but a great opportunity for a future full-time position - soon if that's what you're looking for. I'm looking for someone that just does the job right, every time without requiring a supervisor to watch and correct. This position isn't for everyone but is great for the type of person that takes pride in their work! The compensation is per job/unit and pays well. The current work is probably three to four evenings/days a week to start. You need a driver's license and reliable transportation. We provide equipment, training, and supplies. Paid weekly (you're an employee, not a subcontractor) and we use direct deposit. We have many different teams working throughout the state that really enjoy this position. We are a drug-free workplace! Must pass a background check and drug screening.
