Turn rt at Food Lion, left into Harbor Place Condos, first bldg on left, 2nd floor in 2 story condo bldg. Must coordinate with Tenant who works. Probably Sunday afternoon, Monday, or Tuesday. Paint deck floor, railings, and new wooden storage closet door on the small deck. Probably 1/2 day depending on skill and workmanship. Need a neat, clean person but not excessive experience.
