NEW JERSEY – Gov. Phil Murphy told CNBC on Monday that there's "a chance" that schools could reopen by May 15, even though restrictions would certainly be in place. Murphy made the remarks as he offered a broad reopening plan on Monday, providing a six-point outline to "restart New Jersey and put the state on the road to recovery." Read more: Gov. "This is going to be a new norm, including what schools look like, including distancing, whether or not you have general assemblies. My guess is you don't," Murphy told CNBC. Murphy, speaking during a Thursday, April 16 press conference, said schools will remain closed through May 15. Read more: Gov.
