Explain why you think this person shouldn't use the ladies room. Do you think she's not old enough to know what goes on in there? She looks like she identifies with being traditional feminine. So not likely a rapist. Maybe your afraid little girls are going to copy her fashion sense. The stalls have doors. And small girls are accompanied by an older girl or woman. so not likely anyone's going see anything. And she's legally dressed to go outside so not like they aren't going to see her. Just what exactly do you think the problem is? I'm mean just look at her. She could be the next rep candidate for president. She would be way less embarrassing than the last guy. And has better hair.
