Our family-owned real estate business is growing and looking for more help with repairs and renovations. We've worked with a very trustworthy and reliable contractor for years, and we are looking for someone to assist him. This job is part-time with room to grow to full time. $20/per hour if you have limited experience and are open to learning. If you have at least a couple years of experience as a contractor, we can start you closer to $25/hour. You like to work with your hands You have some experience painting and doing other basic building repairs You respond promptly and clearly to texts and phone calls (you use a smartphone) Have a reliable vehicle and tools You do your research when making repairs so that you do your best You are open to feedback and assisting a more experienced contractor You can help carry appliances and other heavier object when needed You are honest and have references who can give examples of how trustworthy you are You communicate immediately when you realize you are unable to complete a project You like to work with other contractors and property managers You like to help people be happy in their homes You have or are willing to get independent contractor insurance (could be as low as $68/month) the entire time you are working with us
