We are looking for an on-site live in maintenance person for our small 52 unit townhouse community. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Painting and minor repairs to interiors of units Inspecting units for management office Communicating with office in regards to non-compliances Informing manager of issues Cleaning pool baths and taking out trash Cleaning up around dumpsters Checking units for leaks Minor maintenance around complex Must be honest, dependable, self starter who works independently. Clean criminal record and the ability to interact in a professional manner with fellow residents. Compensation includes housing of a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath unit, plus hourly pay. Individual is responsible for their own electricity.
