I've had the same 2 guys for 10 yrs. Now one is moving. That tells you how I treat my help. We work in the Westchase area only. Our lawns are close and I try to keep the bush count low. You can do that after 20 yrs in the business. I'm looking for someone who is pretty close. You don't need to know the area my worker does but I don't want to hear the traffic blues. If you're farther than 15 minutes from Westchase it probably won't work. We DON'T work 10 hr. days in the summer. Ever. My worker speaks Spanish with little english. It would be great if you were bi lingual but not a must. I pay $12 an hour to start. If things go great and you know what you're doing. I'll pay $14 an hour. You must have a valid drivers license. Not one you're working to get it back.
