Our high-profile client is looking for two full time Housekeepers for their primary residence in Beverly Hills. The estate is approximately 20,000 square feet. The candidates to be considered MUST have the following qualifications: At least 7 years’ experience working in luxury homes Must have a very good level and knowledge of Laundress skills. Fluent English reading and writing skills Knowledge of cleaning and maintenance of a variety of high-end materials such as counter tops, tile and wood floors, pianos and antiques, artwork, electronic and gym equipment, leather and silk upholstery, and outdoor furnishings Strong attention to detail and organization Flexible schedule is appreciated Good with children and pets Background Check and Referrals will be checked Duties will include, but not limited to: • Deep and weekly cleaning as directed and scheduled • Laundress duties who understand labels, hand washing, ironing, and steam cleaning, documenting items forwarded to tailors and dry cleaners, couture management • Inventorying and stocking for household items, including Pantry items and Linen closets • Valid driver’s license and vehicle for occasional errands • Keeping an eye out for repairs, and letting the Estate Manager know if maintenance is required • Some cooking light meals and snacks when needed • Table setting and serving experience for guests • Multiple refrigerators need to be checked/wiped daily, restocked • Outdoor areas cleaned as scheduled including mailbox, exterior doors, furniture, toys, lighting fixtures • Receiving deliveries, familiar with checking security cameras and smart home devices Great compensation and benefits offered.
