Grow a robust warehouse and logistics team. - Define hiring needs, and train new team members. Maintain a safe and efficient working space. - Create team performance reports, including receiving and shipping on-time rate, inventory accuracy rate, and packing accuracy rate. - Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the team and monitor team performance. - Engage with other regional operation teams to implement and standardize new operational actions. - Review warehouse error rates to identify operational issues and work out improvement plans. - Negotiate carrier contracts to optimize cost efficiency. - Identify operational roadblocks. Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to solve them. *Proficient in both English and Chinese. Have 3 years or more of experience in warehouse management. *Good communication skills and leadership skills.
