Hello Friend. Re-Grow is a native species landscaping alternative focused on giving people a lower maintenance, healthier, and environmentally conscious way to make their property beautiful and to offer habitat to native plants and animals. We install wildflower meadows, remove invasive species, and replace with native plants and shrubs. Turning the plain green rectangle lawn into a place for life to thrive again. We are hiring people with a strong work ethic, who enjoy getting dirty and spending time outdoors. Also, if you want to help save the world that's a plus! Common daily tasks include: - Early and sometimes late days. 7am We meet at the garage and get to our job sites by 8am - Brush removal and land grading - Use of hand tools, power trimmers, and most equipment associated with traditional landscaping. - Sod removal, roto-tilling, and seeding. - Driving between jobs, and speaking to customers in a considerate and informed manner. Punctuality is crucial and trust is paramount. Respect for the land and others property is very important. A neat appearance, and neighborly behavior is expected. I don't care what kind or haircut you have, what your chromosomes are, what you smoke (Just not on the job), or how you dance. My only requirements are honesty, a good sense of humor, and good manners. As a new business and a revolutionary field, we need to make an excellent impression and show people that this is not only good for them, and the health of our ecosystem, but it will help to make our towns and communities healthier and more beautiful as well. This is much more than a business for me, I believe this is a crucial way to save people money in the long term, reduce waste, and make our environment much healthier. Many people talk about caring about the planet, but very few people seem to want to sweat for it. Let's get after it! "We are but warriors for the working day!"
