Aloha Junk Man (AJM) is looking for a Team Leader to join our crew. At AJM every day is a new adventure. The team leader runs the jobs onsite, as a representative of our company they are to project Aloha Always, wether they are estimating a job, demoing, loading, taking payments or interacting with clients. Since this is also a driving position, our Team Leaders are responsible for the safety of themselves, their team members, and the public, by carefully and responsibly operating a heavy vehicle. Job duties to include: Drive AJM provided dump truck and confident driving with heavy load  Conduct daily 360 safety check of vehicle(s)  Secure and return AJM tools if required  Review and implement daily job checklist  Contact and interact professionally with the customer on behalf of AJM  Supervise and ensure themselves and other team members are adhering to all safety standards  Demo and remove customer items designated for disposal by AJM  Ensure that the truck is loaded safely and efficiently  Tidy up the work area at customer location  Conduct final walk through with customer if needed  Collect payments from customers and document on Daily Cash Log  Request social media review from customer (per training)  Photograph documentation of load in truck and clean job site  Document and retain cash receipts for job expenses on Daily Cash Log  Ensure customer items are disposed of ethically and per AJM guidelines  Implementation and adherence to supplemental AJM operations policies and procedures (provided separately) will be required.
