Barre3 is designed for every type of body, with adaptations for every posture. We are specifically welcoming those who've wanted to try a barre class but haven't yet. Our goal is for you to feel successful in the body you have TODAY. Let's move and celebrate it together!

Barre3 is a full-body, balanced workout combining strength conditioning, cardio and mindfulness. Our physical studio space (located on 14th St + T St NW) is open for in-studio classes.
