Among other honors, Kaylee is an accredited investor and has purchased over $68.2MM in multi-family real estate in Texas and Arizona. She is General Partner and Key Principal Investor to nearly a dozen trendy, large multi-family apartment complexes, including Village on University Apartments in Denton, TX; Los Parados Apartments in Houston, TX; Lueda-May Apartments in Ft Worth, TX; The Flats at 2030 in Phoenix, AZ; and more. Kaylee McMahon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Molecular and Experimental Nutrition Texas A&M University, and is a Licensed Real Estate Brokerage owner in the State of Texas. She has completed hundreds of real estate transactions, and has gained hundreds of hours continuing education in real estate. She is always learning about multifamily business models to get her and her partners the best return on investment. Kaylee began her real estate experience in residential home flipping, note purchases, and graduated into active and passive investing in multi-family apartments, and sometimes acts as her own lender in some of her transactions. She sold over $3MM dollars in residential real estate before transitioning into her current full-time syndication role.
