Enjoy a curated sampling of locally made and international spirits before taking a guided tour of the Toledo Spirits distillery. The spring menu at Bellwether features cocktails from around the world and in addition to offering amazing drinks from around the globe, we want to let guests sample and learn about some of the exotic and interesting spirits featured on the menu. The sampling will feature a mix of different international spirits as well as a few house made products with international influences or ingredients. After a curated tasting, guests will be led on a guided tour of the Toledo Spirits distillery where they'll be shown the history and processes that are unique to the facility.
