Come prepared to eat southern food, drink mint juleps and bourbon, and place your bets at our annual Kentucky Derby Party! Saturday, May 7, 2022 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. Don't miss our first annual Kentucky Derby Party! This is sure to be a great time with Minzo's Kitchen serving up delicious southern style food! There will also be Kentucky Derby Themed Cocktails including Mint Juleps made with our very own Ten Mile Bourbon. Other activities will include: Best hat competitionDoor PrizesBetting: $5 win, place, show bets only. All money taken in will be paid out. Bring your $5 bills!Live music with Hannah Rose following the party (Music will start after the race)The Menu: -12-hour Smoked Pulled Pork basted in Bourbon and aromatic bitters with a Mint Julep Infusion -Oak Roasted Southern Style Chicken Legs & Wings -Benedictine Kentucky Cucumber Spread - A classic Kentucky Derby favorite -Hush Puppies served with Minzo's spicy dipping sauce -Southern Mac 'n Cheese Casual attire. Derby outfits are encouraged but not required. Food will be served at 4 p.m. Race time is approximately 5:57 p.m. The tasting room will be open to the general public before 3 p.m. and after 7 p.m.
