The Highway Safety Awards Luncheon will recognize the efforts of West Virginia law enforcement agencies and officers. The West Virginia Governor's Highway Safety Program (GHSP) could not do the vital work we do without our partnerships with law enforcement across the state. The awards presented during the event will recognize the outstanding officers and agencies who have made a positive impact on highway safety in West Virginia through enforcement efforts and eCitation usage. Since the GHSP has not been able to recognize officers and agencies during the last three years, highway safety efforts over the last three years (2019, 2020, 2021) have been reviewed and analyzed to determine the top officers and agencies throughout the state in multiple program areas. This event is invitation only. Uniforms are required for law enforcement and business professional attire is required for all others. The event will start promptly at 11:30 a.m. You may start arriving at 11:00 a.m.
