Be sure to sign up for my newsletter to be the first to hear about future workshops at meganpsmith.com About Megan: I’ve been making things with my hands, both in the kitchen and my studio for most of my life and have spent the last two decades writing tutorials and articles for culinary and maker magazines. I gravitate to art and craft that has a sense of nostalgia, history, and a feeling of home attached to it. From basketmaking to quilting, baking to fabric dying., pattern making to printing. What has always excited me the most, no matter the art form, has always been to create, in its various forms, simply for family and friends. I’m excited to offer the expertise I’ve garnered over the years as a maker and share that with others, like me, who yearn for a slower pace that comes from creating something from scratch.
