What is Breathwork?
Breathwork includes many different styles and techniques. The style I will guide you through is often referred to as transformational breathwork. This is an active meditation set to a curated playlist typically done lying down, utilizing a 3 part breath pattern that will help get you out of your head and re-connected back to your heart and body.
I will guide you the whole way. No experience nessesary.
If you're looking to let go of some stress and feel more grounded, alive and BLISSED the F-out come join me!
I will provide you with a pair of sound off silent headphones to help you sink into yourself and the experience with minimal distractions.
Please bring:
A yoga mat or camping pad (you will be on the floor afterall)
Blankets or dress in layers (temperature shifts are common)
An eye mask to help immerse yourself even farther into your journey
A pillow for under your knees or low back if you need additional support
Water
Safety is a priority. And while breathwork is generally safe--If you are/think you may be pregnant or have an uncontrolled physical/mental health condition or may be experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis this experience is not recommended.
