10 Week Yoga Immersion Course
Tuesdays: 30 Min Meditation, 60 Min Physical practice, 120 min Sutra reading and discussion
Book 1 & 2
Please join me on Tuesday mornings for a weekday Yoga Immersion. We'll start each Tuesday with a 30 min meditation, followed by a 60 min physical yoga practice and finish the day with a 120 min of reading and discussing the Yoga Sutras.
We will explore book 1 & 2 together.
There is an option to do the entire day or choose only to join for meditation and physical practice.
The purchase of a full course ticket and the successful completion of the course can be used towards Free Yourself Yoga's Yoga Alliance acknowledged 200 or 300 hour yoga certification course.
Full course - access to all 2,400 min
10 Wk Pass - access to all physical & meditation classes
Day Pass - access to one day of physical and meditation class
