Mathis House- Chef Bill Ball's Food Tasting and Demonstration The Mathis House is proud to announce our new catering dinner chef, Chef Bill Ball of A Matter of Taste Catering Company. You are invited to join a roll out presentation of gourmet tapas plates and a demonstration of the preparation of delicious appetizers. The meal will leave you feeling pampered and refreshed. We will offer a spring selection of gourmet teas, coffee and desserts. The mansion will be filled with live piano and violin music and tours of the Inn will be given after the dinner.
