2011 Prius head gasket replacement or engine swap

I have a 3rd gen Prius that needs a new head gasket, I would like to swap in a new intake manifold, pcr valve and EGR system while they are accessible. Probably replace all of the sparkplugs and injectors while we are at it. Might be open to swapping the engine and would prefer to modifying a newer year Prius engine into this Prius as well. I will supply the parts, just need the labor to do it correctly. Please give me a quote on your labor per hour and approximately how long you think this will take. Also a description of similar jobs you have done. Also if you recommend a shop to do this that would help as well.
