Our 4 month old puppy was taken from our Black Honda Accord 8 minutes after leaving her. I came back to find her gone. The car was parked in the shade with the windows cracked. The doors locked. SHE IS CHIPPED. Please return her. My son and I are devastated. Her name is Penny (Heather before we re-named her). She is a rescue from Oregon Dog Rescue. 949-30-3763
