8 month old chocolate lab

We are having to rehome our 8 month old chocolate lab that we got for my mother in law who was struggling with a cancer diagnosis and wanted a companion. Unfortunately the prognosis is worse than originally anticipated and she is no longer able to give Booker the attention he deserves. He is SUPER sweet and lovey and very smart. Fully potty trained and good with other dogs. We have a 2 year old black lab that he has been around since we brought him home at 8 weeks. He’s completely up to date on all shots and I currently have him covered under the banfield insurance. I am able to transfer over if you would like to continue paying the $40 a month. Also good around kids we have a 5 and 8 year olds that he’s been around and we have never had any issues. We want him to go to a forever home as it’s breaking our heart to have to do this. So please only serious people only who plan on doing that. He does still need someone who is able to put the time in with a few little things. We are asking for a $250 rejoining fee.
