Looking for a full-time Civil Construction Laborer. This position requires a lot of physical labor and stamina. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES to include, but not limited to: • Cleaning and Preparing commercial sites for preparation, utility construction, road building, land clearing and earth moving • Lift, carry and hold materials, tools, and supplies and deliver each to the appropriate location as needed to complete the task at hand • Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary • Perform miscellaneous duties such as; site maintenance and cleanup, installations, grading, shoveling, • Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment or materials • Ground working, marking out and digging shallow trenches • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while on job sites and in front of clients PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Must be 18 years of with a high school diploma • Must have a valid driver’s license • Functions effectively as part of a team • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times. • Good time management and organizational skills. PHYSICAL ABILITY: • Able to perform physical tasks for all aspects of a construction projects • Able to lift more than 80 pounds and carry for 50 ft • Work in various weather conditions including heat and cold
