multiple e-mail links for one ad

EACH TIME I REVISIT THE SAME AD, A NEW E-AIL LINK POPS UP. I contacted craigslist and got no response. In the past, I always revisited the ad to verify that the link (that I copied and pasted) was correct. Now instead of seeing the same link, a new e-mail link string shows up with different characters. I no longer trust the links. Is this shifting link normal? For now, I decided not to respond to any CL ad.
