Gather your friends and enjoy a special night of incredible food presented by Blackboard Restaurant. Curated by none other than Chef Sara Watson, and brought to you in partnership with the excellent folks at The Plains Art Museum, we present Blackboard Metro. This months offerings include thoughts of Springtime. Enjoy a shared plate of Delice de Bourgogne cheese and berry compote with toasty bread, then taste a crisp salad of spring greens, pea shoots and watermelon radish. After a crock of savory French onion soup, enjoy your choice of entree: Caprese chicken, slow roasted beef short rib or roast vegetable stuffed portobello mushroom. All served with creative sides. Dinner is topped by our famous Chicolate Decadence torte served with the richest sweet whipped cream in the land. This is all a treat to not be missed!
