Field trip for PVAMU CAHS students We are seeking students interested in participating in a field trip to Rhonda Ranch in New Waverly, Texas, on April 28. Fred Newhouse is the owner, and he is a PVAMU alumnus. This field trip provides agriculture students with practical application of principles in animal husbandry, natural resources management, wildlife management, soil health and pasture management. Students also will learn about agricultural business principles. Transportation: 55 passenger charter bus Time of PVAMU Departure: 6:30 am Lunch will be served by the ranch owners Anticipated time of return to PVAMU: 4:30 pm
