Electrician to Diagnose/Fix Problem

I bought a house where the lights would flicker when the gas furnace kicked on. I checks the electrical box and the house was only wired for 100A service. It is an old single story house on a slab with an attic where most of the electric runs. I upgraded the service to 200A. That solved most of the problems. But tonight all of the lights in the house flickered when I was in the attic around some conduit. Just want to figure out what's going on. I want someone to take a look at it and diagnose and fix it.
