We are currently looking for multiple positions. Receptionist Housekeepers Porters : Essential Job Functions Walk the grounds and common interior areas daily, removing litter and debris from lawns, planting beds, parking areas, sidewalks, ramps, and indoor spaces. Empties all trash receptacles Vacuum, dust, buff, and wash hallways, lobbies, stairwells and other common interior areas Duties may include the use of a power washer, cleaning or vacuuming a pool, and assisting maintenance team members as needed Make ready :Make Ready Technician ensures that empty apartment homes are fully prepared for future residents. Responsibilities include preparing apartment homes for move-in including painting, pressure washing, grounds keeping, and basic maintenance tasks. Maintenance: Performing maintenance and housekeeping duties in and around the community grounds as assigned. Performs routine maintenance duties to complete all service requests for repair and maintenance of all grounds, buildings, apartment homes, equipment and vehicles in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Routine maintenance duties may include: fixing wall and/or floor coverings; repairing furniture and fixtures; performing basic plumbing work; performing minor electrical repairs; repairing appliances; painting and refurbishing projects, working with heating and air systems, refrigeration systems, carpet and hard surface maintenance and “make ready” rooms as assigned. Bookkeeper :Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct daybook, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger Bring the books to the trial balance stage Perform partial checks of the posting process Complete tax forms Enter data, maintain records, reports and financial statements Process accounts receivable/payable Pool and Ground Maintenance:Order chemicals and other supplies needed for routine pool maintenance. Establish and maintain standards of expectations in regards to pool maintenance. Monitor pool operations to ensure safety, organize supervisor and service tech schedules in order to complete route services. Work with swimming pool chemicals, pool equipment. Order and control inventory of chemicals required to operate the pool.
